Founder & Operator
Dan Healy is a career firefighter with Frederick County Fire and Rescue with almost 25 years on the job. He was looking for something to do after retirement and came upon dustless blasting.
Dan is excited to introduce this technology to the Hanover, Littlestown, and Gettysburg areas — providing detail-oriented, quality, and economical service while preserving and protecting the environment in southern York and Adams counties.
With a firefighter's discipline and attention to safety, Dan brings the same commitment to every blasting project — treating each customer's property with the care and respect it deserves.

Contact us to discuss the job and your expectations. We'll determine the scope and provide a clear estimate.
Once the scope is agreed upon, we schedule a date and time that works for you. Some jobs may require additional prep work.
We arrive, set up containment if necessary, and conduct the agreed-upon work. You don't need to be present but are welcome to watch.
For bare metal jobs, we apply a rust inhibitor providing up to 72 hours of protection. We recommend priming within that window.
We proudly serve the Hanover, Littlestown, and Gettysburg areas, as well as southern York and Adams counties. Our mobile setup means we come to you — no need to transport your project.
